After Saul Berjón's visit this past Wednesday, the participants of the third week of Campus Real Oviedo welcomed the visit of José Verdú Nicolás, "Toché".

After training during the morning session, the "carbayón" forward visited the Tensi sport facilities to spend some time with the young oviedistas. Hem responded to all of their doubts and curiosities and took a group photo with them. Additionally, the Murcian attended to the media that had gathered at the Campus.

Concerning the reception from the participants at the third week of the Campus, the Real Oviedo striker commented that "being here recharges your batteries, to see all these young kids who just breathe oviedismo is a morale boost".

When asked about the first weeks of preparatory work, Toché said that "preseasons are never enjoyable but they work to put us in tune. Right now we are all getting to know each other and working hard as we approach the season". The forward added that "all preseasons are the same, everyone is excited. We will support the new players and instil oviedismo within them".

Regarding Juan Antonio Anquela and his way of working, Toché said "I´ve known him for a while, from playing against him. He has a clear idea of everything, he knows how to play and knows what he wants. We have to adapt ourselves to him".

About the competition and if he sees himself as a key attacking player, Toché believes that "the coach knows he is going to use all of us, to make us all feel important. I want to count for him, to keep scoring goals. In terms of strikers, it's me and Miguel. All that's left is to compete and compete". Additionally, on a personal level, the Real Oviedo striker hopes "to help the team and score more goals than last year. I hope this year is better".

Finally, concerning the youth players that are participating in the preseason and their chances to become an installment of the Real Oviedo first team, Toché believes that "they will want to impress by playing well. They are going to have opportunities, and based on what's being said it's going to be a small roster. Hopefully they have that luck".

As such, the attacker wanted to be present in the final day of the third week of activities organized by the club at the Tensi facilities.

This Monday, 17 July, the fourth week of Campus Real Oviedo will kick off with the visit of the latest incorporation to the team during the summer transfer period, Aarón Ñíguez.
