Real Oviedo’s 2019 Campus is now underway. Everything’s ready for the fourteenth edition to kick off, and for an activity which has continually grown and consolidated itself in recent summers.
The presentation of this year’s edition took place this morning. Children will have the opportunity participate from 170€, with either a half-day or a full-Day schedule. Boys and girls from 4 to 15 years of age can participate. Discounts are available for season-ticket holders, enrolled family members, participants from the last edition, and children belonging to our youth academies.
In five weekly sessions, from June 24 to July 26, the participants will carry out football-related activities, where Real Oviedo’s values will be embodied every day. Once again, this year, there will be an optional transport service, as well as snacks and dining services. All participants will wear kit from our official sponsor, Adidas.
In addition, all children who take part in the activity will, as usual, enjoy visits from current and former players and coaches, who will chat with the little ones during some of the most eagerly-anticipated sessions for all young Oviedo fans.
During the presentation, led by César Martín, Head of Institutional Relations, Eduardo Rergis, Head of Formative Football, and Gabriel Piquero, the Campus Director, novelties of the XIV Edition were announced. They highlighted the fact that, “we understand that besides football training, there also has to be human training. We are focused on the overall character of young people and encouraging values that develop the individual and a healthy lifestyle. Clearly, we seek to foster ‘Oviedismo’ and generate a sense of belonging.”
Eduardo Rergis commented that “this one of our most important projects. We try to take care of them as much as possible, so that they have a nice memory right from the first day. Generating ‘Oviedismo’ in the little ones is the foundation for the future and is what Real Oviedo is about.”
