Real Oviedo's coach, Juan Antonio Anquela, appeared this morning in the Press Room at El Requexón.

The coach started by evaluating Mossa's suspension from the match at El Sadar. "These are LaLiga's consequences, the cycle is completed, and that's it. We have to look for solutions and we are going to find them. I know what I want, and I hope to give the version of ourselves that we were giving for part of this competition. Real Oviedo have to be a team that is faithful to its philosophy and does things right."

Regarding the conclusions he reached from the last weekend's game against Lorca, Real Oviedo´s coach reaffirmed that "the other day, there were moremgood things than bad. If we count the number of opportunities that we created, it was one of our highest-achieving games. Before the red card, we had several clear opportunities. Thinking about the match against Osasuna, I don't know if I'm going to find the good version of the team or not. We have to be at the level the division requires, since we are a Segunda División team, with clear aims."

Real Oviedo will face Osasuna this Saturday at El Sadar. When asked about his impressions, Anquela explained that "they are always good, since our daily training is very good. Sundays are another story. Some days we play at our level, and other days we don't. I want to know what I am going to find at El Sadar. We have to give our best version, with hard work, competing, and playing football well. There was a time this season when nobody wanted to play us, and now they do. When you give opportunities, you pay for it."

When asked about the opponent, the Jaén-born coach said, "Looking and analysing, Osasuna are a powerful team, which have opportunities to score and play football well. They are not going to give us anything. We have to counter their plays. They have good players. Osasuna's players are selected from the Primera División. That's an advantage to being demoted."

Asked if the pressure of playing Osasuna at home could influence the opponent, Anquela assures that "what we have to do is try to defeat El Sadar, competing and being better. It's not easy to go to Pamplona and be better than the home team."

Finally, regarding the conversation that he had with Miguel Linares this week, Anquela explained that "we were talking about everything, about ourselves, about needing to have courage. Football has changed a lot. Before, captains would back you into a wall, but now it has changed. Now things are said clearly and well. There are moments when captains have to work alongside them, understanding that this involves everyone. We cannot leave anyone behind, since we don't know what is going to happen from here on. We know what our limits are and what our strengths are. That's why we must work with it to reach what we propose. If we do that, we will be a competitive team," he concluded.
