Carlos Domínguez addressed the media at El Requexón and commented on the team's away victory, his return to competition, and the group's feelings at the start of the season.

The defender expressed satisfaction with an important victory for the team: “This victory is one that gives us confidence for home games, which are always good and help us mentally.” On a personal level, he highlighted his good feelings: “I’m happy. I was eager to play and we managed to get the three points.”

Carlos also focused on the team's work: “They are different opponents. Facing Granada, Leganés, or Albacete is not the same. We always work thinking about ourselves. The team was solid in defense and, from there, we created play. We have to stick to our game.”

Looking ahead to the competition, the Galician emphasized the importance of keeping a clean sheet and the defensive work demanded by the coaching staff: “You always work to win the game. If you don’t concede, it’s much easier. The coach insists a lot on defending well. Up front, we have the tools to play well.”

Regarding the next match against Burgos, Carlos stated: “Every team has its strengths. It’s a tough league, and we’ll go to Burgos to win.”

Finally, he wanted to highlight the support of the fans: “The Tartiere is incredible, and so are the fans. Their presence was felt on this trip.”

With only three matches played and many new players in the squad, he believes the team still has room to grow: “We’re in matchday 3. A lot of new people, and we need to understand each other. It’s a victory that gives us confidence.”
