The Real Oviedo capital increase, in its preferential phase, begins today, after the publication of its announcement in the BORME.
The capital increase process, approved on Tuesday during the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting, begins today in its preferential phase, after the main shareholder, Inmobiliaria Carso, in the exercise of its subscription rights, has purchased 511,627 new shares in compensation of expired loans.
Therefore, and from this day, the remaining registered shares valued in € 10.75 each, of the same type, series and with the same rights as the current shares, will be put into circulation. Existing shareholders can subscribe in proportion to the number of shares held; one new share for each share owned. The deadline for exercising the preferential subscription rights is fixed at one month from today, with the publication of the offer of new shares in the Official Bulletin of the Commercial Registry.
To exercise the preferential subscription rights, the shareholder must deposit the total amount of money equivalent to the number of new shares in the Real Oviedo’s account in La Caixa (ES94-2100-5700-0502-0008-2078), indicating the shareholder contact information and the number of shares subscribed.
