Real Oviedo players Abel Bretones, Mario Sesé, and Víctor Blanco, along with Real Oviedo Femenino goalkeeper Ariadna Da Rocha visited the boys and girls at Aldeas Infantiles in Oviedo today. The little ones were able to enjoy an afternoon full of smiles and good moments together with the footballers, with whom they were able to chat, and share laughs and experiences.
This type of activity forms part of the Real Oviedo Foundation's tireless work to use sport to contribute to humanitarian, cultural, educational, and environmental activities. As part of its social work, the foundation wanted to support and contribute to the great work done by Aldeas Infantiles, a private, charitable childcare organisation.
Among the many ways it helps, Aldeas Infantiles has the main aim of assisting boys, girls, and families in vulnerable situations. It seeks to encourage their development and autonomy, by welcoming them into protective family environments and strengthening their family, social, and community networks.
