The Centro Niemeyer in Avilés today hosted the acts of the 28th Plenary Session of the Fundación Círculo de Montevideo. Real Oviedo was present, with an expedition headed by Club President Martín Peláez attending the event.
Head of the Real Oviedo Foundation César Martín was also at today's event in Avilés. The representatives of the club in attendance presented Carlos Slim with this year's first-team shirt, and exchanged a warm conversation with him.
The Círculo de Montevideo is a 27-year-old entity which was created by former Uruguayan President Julio María Sanguinetti, along with other directors and academics, with the aim of creating a forum for reflexion and debate on the Latin American world. The meeting is being held on 26th and 27th October in the Centro Niemeyer in Avilés.
