Real Oviedo´s sports management team has confirmed the first friendly matches of the 2017/18 preseason.
The first Real Oviedo team, which will start the training on July 10 at El Requexón sports facilities, already knows the provisional schedule of friendly matches for this preseason in the absence of any more matches to be confirmed. In the weeks of preparatory work to be carried out by the team, those responsible for the sports management have organized a schedule that will fit between eight and nine pre-season games.
As has been customary in recent seasons, the oviedista team will start the preseason matches by facing, on July 15, the Real Oviedo Vetusta team at El Requexón. Four days later, on day 1 Real Oviedo will be play against the CD Lealtad in Les Caleyes. The third week of preseason will again leave us two new preparatory matches. On July 26, Real Oviedo will play a new match against the Ponferradina SD in El Toralín, while on July 29 will do the same visiting the Cultural Leonesa in the Reino de León stadium.
At the beginning of August, on day 3, the oviedista team will receive in Carlos Tartiere the Deportivo de La Coruña. Subsequently, Real Oviedo will travel to Torrelavega to face the SD Eibar, on August 6, at El Malecón.
In this way, the nine friendly matches set to date are as follows:

In addition to the matches, Real Oviedo plans to play a match on 22 July. The time, place and rival are pending confirmation. On the other hand, the sports management team continues to work to confirm at least one more preparatory match in August, prior to the last week before the start of the official season.
