The smallest in society, who can begin to go back outside today in Spain, have demonstrated exemplary behaviour in the fight against COVID-19

Children aged up to 14 in Spain can begin to go outside again from this Sunday, allowing them to have a walk and get some fresh air after more than an month of confinement.
This is a huge step which shows that, little by little, we are winning the battle against the virus by following the recommendations and steps laid out by the appropriate authorities. It is vital that we continue to follow the regulations, for the good of everyone.
Children have demonstrated exemplary behaviour during this period, as is the case of Álvaro. We have been informed of his story and wish to bring attention to it and recognise all of the little heroes filling thousands of homes in our cities.
Hello, this is Álvaro. He's been a Real Oviedo season-ticket holder since his birth. In fact, his father bought his first season ticket on the same morning that we registered his birth. He spends all of his days talking about Real Oviedo. He is five years old and his dreams are to be a policeman, like his father, and a football player for his beloved Real Oviedo. For me he is a hero. He's been dealing with being at home very well, even if he does really miss his father, who has been away from home since the start of the State of Alert due to his work. We still have a lot of days to go until we can get back to normal. In the meantime he has the historic Oviedo matches to watch, and PS4 games to play, where Oviedo always, always beat Sporting and win the Champions League and all the other competitions. These things make his days more entertaining.
*Best wishes*
