Real Oviedo and Real Zaragoza have reached an agreement for the transfer of center forward Joaquín Delgado, who will continue his football career with the Zaragoza team.

The Utrera-born Joaquín Delgado joined the blue squad in the summer of 2024. In his first season as a Real Oviedo player, the forward was a key figure for the Carbayón reserve team, scoring a total of 23 goals in Tercera RFEF and achieving promotion to the fourth tier of Spanish football.

In his second season as a blue, the forward once again demonstrated his scoring ability. During the first half of the season, Delgado scored 14 goals and provided four assists, performances that earned him a loan move to FC Barcelona's reserve team, where he played the second half of the campaign.

After two seasons within the Real Oviedo structure and after showcasing his scoring talent with the Carbayón reserve team, Joaquín Delgado now embarks on a new chapter in his football career with Real Zaragoza.
