Forlín: "The season is at stake"

The Argentine central defender believes that "we just need to think about Cultural," recognizing that "we are eager, working and waiting for the match"

Real Oviedo defender, Juan Forlín, appeared in the Press Room at El Requexón mthis morning after the first team's training session.

Faced with the match this Sunday at Reino de León, the Argentine recognizes that "we are eager, working and waiting for the match. We can't do calculations, all that matters is winning on Sunday."

In regard to the match's importance, the defender believes that "we have to treat it normally, confront it with intensity. The team have to work to reach the weekend and get those three points."

Regarding the large number of fans expected to travel to León this Sunday, the blue central affirms that "it doesn't surprise me because of what they've shown us. They are excited and always go with us. We have to match their anticipation. It's the final stretch, and they'll be close and difficult games. We have to be prepared to confront the end of it."

Concerning their opponent, Cultural Leonesa, and everything they have on the line for this Matchday, Forlín recognizes that "I am only thinking about me. They are risking a lot and will be like us. What we are looking for is something very beautiful and we can only think about winning."

Finally, regarding the end of the season, with two transcendental matches left to make it to the Play Off, the defender understands that "we just need to think about Cultural, nothing else. Everything depends on us, on being focused, knowing that the season is at stake," the Argentine concluded.
