El Requexón this afternoon hosted the clash between Real Oviedo Vetusta and SD Leioa, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

In a match affected by difficult weather conditions, Javi Rozada’s side, who are now nine games unbeaten, managed to convert their best chance, but were pegged back by a goal by the visitors. The first half saw barely any
real chances for either side, with the two sides sharing possession. After the break, Real Oviedo Vetusta upped the tempo and Andoni headed home from a corner to open the scoring. Leioa managed to score an equaliser, but the B team never stopped trying and had several opportunities to claim the victory. The match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Despite this draw, Real Oviedo Vetusta remain in the playoff positions, and will visit Urbieta during the next matchday to face Gernika.
