This lunchtime, Real Oviedo held a ceremony to present golden insignias to those fans who have completed their fiftieth consecutive year as season ticket holders this season.
The presentation of the insignias and the accompanying lunch took place at Restaurante De Labra. 36 Oviedistas who completed a consecutive half-century as season ticket holders in 2018 were in attendance.
In total, 41 people have been season ticket holders for fifty consecutive years, and almost all of them were in attendance. The majority attended in person, while others were represented by a son or another close relative. The ceremony in honour of the golden season ticket holders was attended by the Club President, Jorge Menéndez Vallina, the Vice President, Manuel Paredes, and the Director and Club Spokesman, Fernando Corral. The Director for Institutional Relations, César Martín, and the Manager, David Alonso, were also present.
