Oviedismo experienced an absolutely unforgettable day this Saturday, December 27, with the celebration of the Real Oviedo Legends Gathering, a historic event organized by Aparo and Fondo Norte, in collaboration with Real Oviedo, which brought together many of the most emblematic figures in the Club's history at the Carlos Tartiere. It was a unique day, framed within the Centennial season, with a stadium full and enthusiastic from hours before.
More than one hundred former players were present and reunited with the blue fans in an event filled with emotion, reunions, and Carbayón sentiment during the Christmas festivities. The pride of belonging to the Oviedista family was felt from the early hours, with fans dedicated to honoring those who wrote unforgettable pages of our history.
The day began in the morning at the Prince Felipe Auditorium, where from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with free admission, fans were able to enjoy an autograph signing and photo session with the Club's legends, in a close and family-friendly atmosphere that further strengthened the bond between past and present.
In the afternoon, at 4:30 p.m., the protagonists departed from the Silken Monumental Hotel heading to the Carlos Tartiere, and at 6:00 p.m., the legends triangular tournament began, with three teams named Teatinos, Buenavista, and Carlos Tartiere, dressed in green, blue, and yellow respectively.

The event also featured the participation of unforgettable figures of Oviedismo, as well as three former players of Oviedo Moderno - Carol Fernández, Sheila González, and Yoli Chamorro -, showcasing the inclusive and representative nature of the Club's entire history. All the footballers, whether they played minutes or not, stepped onto the field to pose together for an emotional family photo on the pitch that will go down in history.
Before the start of the matches, a heartfelt tribute to deceased former players and directors was held, with their families receiving commemorative armbands in a moment of deep respect and emotion for the entire stadium.
Additionally, the Oviedista Kilo Operation was repeated, aimed at the Economic Kitchen, with several collection points in the stadium, once again reflecting Oviedismo's social commitment.
The day concluded with a fireworks display that put the finishing touch on a historic day, in which Real Oviedo celebrated its one hundred years of history alongside those who wrote it and a fanbase that once again demonstrated that Oviedismo continues to grow generation after generation.
