After the training session this morning at Carlos Tartiere, the Real Oviedo first team started their journey to Covadonga, where they performed the customary floral offering to La Santina.

The blue expedition was headed by the board of directors, with President Jorge Menéndez Vallina in charge. They visited the Real Sitio de Covadonga, where Real Oviedo Chaplain Santiago Heras held a mass and the captains delivered a bouquet of flowers and this season’s shirt to La Santina.

After the religious act, the Real Oviedo first team shared a meal of fellowship.
