Real Oviedo Club President Martín Peláez and Director of Football Roberto Suárez appeared in the Press Room at the Carlos Tartiere to bring an end to the season. Planning for next season, the new season-ticket campaign, stadium improvements and new shirts were some of the topics discussed at the press conference, as well as Victor Camaresa's new contract, which will run until 2024.

Asked about the season-ticket campaign, Martín Peláez explained that “there will be a small increase in prices. We are working on it being the smallest increase possible, but we will need a successful season-ticket campaign.”

Discussing possible signings and asked about various names, the Club President stated that “Jesús Martínez is a president who is very involved. He is involved in all of the important decisions. Romario (Ibarra) is a possibility and one that would fit in perfectly here. It’s a possibility for him to end up here.”

Furthermore, Roberto Suárez also spoke about the recruitment of a new goalkeeper. “Our intention is to bring in a goalkeeper who competes with Braat in the league. We are looking to have two goalkeepers with good qualities that compete for the spot,” he said.

In relation to the footballing targets for the new season, Martín Peláez was clear. “The objective is always to finish as high as possible, but the other teams also think the same as we do! That is the dream, but we’re going to take it step by step,” he concluded.
