This morning Real Oviedo announced its 12th year campus, which will be held during the summer months of 2017.

Marcos Fernández, coordinator of the activity, explained in the presentation ceremony that "in past years almost 6,000 young oviedistas from all over the world have participated in our campus from Spain, France, Italy, Swiss, Canada, US, Mexico, to even China. " International participation plays an important role for Real Oviedo. The campus will also have a new event this summer, in this case abroad, parallel to the Campus of Real Oviedo. Developed in the Tensi facilities, the first event on the Campus Real Oviedo in Leicester will take place this July, with football and activities in English.

Real Oviedo Campus 12th year event is designed for boys and girls born between 2003 and 2012. Marcos Fernández explained the purpose: ¨We try to instill the values of the club, sportsmanship, and education, without forgetting the fun.¨ This summer the campus events will last for five weeks, starting on Monday, June 26 and ending on Friday, July 28. There will be two weekly sessions, with a morning session from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and a full time option, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Prices from previous years remain the same for this event, as well as the discounts for shareholders or families with more than one registered child. For example, discounts ranging between 10% and 25% can be given depending on each particular situation.

In addition, campus attendees will be given full Adidas athletic training clothing. As this way, explained its coordinator, "the participating boys and girls will wear the same Adidas clothing that their idols use, the players of the Real Oviedo first team." There will also be a service of breakfast and snacks for the attendants and a service of food for the children who attend full-time. The Campus will have an optional transport service with routes through the different parts of Oviedo and surrounding areas.

Marcos Fernández also emphasized that, as has been customary on other occasions, "we love to receive visits of some players and coaches from our first team in our facilities because it brings so much enthusiasm to the children every year.¨
Registrations, already open, can be submitted on the campus web site www.campusrealoviedo.es. Also the registration forms can be found in the Real Oviedo shops, collaborating clubs and schools.
