Real Oviedo get the 2019/20 season under way this Monday (8th July), with the players set to meet up at El Requexón at 9:00. Training is due to start at approximately 10:00.
There will be a total of 25 players available to Sergio Egea and his coaching staff, of which 21 players are members of the first team. The remaining four players are from Real Oviedo Vetusta and they will begin preseason with the first-team squad. Among them is Riki, a new signing for the B team from UP Langreo, and he too will begin work under Sergio Egea tomorrow.
The 21 first-team players who will begin preseason training tomorrow are the following: Alfonso, Nereo Champagne, Johannesson, Lucas Ahijado, Carlos Hernández, Javi Fernández, Andoni Ugarte, Christian Fernández, Mossa, Jimmy, Edu Cortina, Lolo, Tejera, Sangalli, Viti, Omar Ramos, Borja Sánchez, Saúl Berjón, Joselu, Ibra and Steven.
The four players from Vetusta who will begin preseason with the first team are: Alberto (goalkeeper from the Juvenil A youth side), Jero, Riki and Javi Cueto.
In the case of Toché, the forward has the club's permission to extend his holiday period at the current time.
