The Real Oviedo first-team squad went back to training at El Requexón this morning, as they prepare for Sunday's match against Cádiz CF. Following yesterday's rest day, Veljko Paunovic's side were fully-focused and full of energy during today's first workout of the week, and are fully aware of what is at stake.
It could be a historic weekend for Los Carbayones. A victory against Cádiz, accompanied by an Elche CF defeat against Deportivo, would give Real Oviedo promotion to the First Division, a goal which the whole squad has been working intensely for throughout the season.
