The Carlos Tartiere played host to a very special moment ahead of the match against Cádiz CF this Sunday. Ahead of kick-off, the Oviedistas had the opportunity to pay a deserved tribute to Real Oviedo Vetusta and Real Oviedo Femenino following their respective promotions.
The four captains of each side, together with Roberto Aguirre and Andrea Suárez, stepped out onto the pitch and saw the pride of the fans at the successes achieved this season.
Today's recognition put the spotlight on the work, dedication and commitment of both squads, who have met the targets set at the start of the year. Real Oviedo Vetusta achieved promotion to Segunda Federación, while Real Oviedo Femenino returned to Primera RFEF.
