Yesterday afternoon, the Adidas shirts for the 2018/19 season were presented through the club’s social media. They will be available for the fans to purchase in the club’s official shops.
First team players Saúl Berjón, Diegui Johannesson, and Richard Boateng, together with Edu Cortina, Steven Prieto, and Jimmy from Real Oviedo Vetusta were the models for the launch of the new kits that Real Oviedo will wear during the upcoming season. The kits will be worn by both the first team and the club’s youth academy teams.
The new Adidas kits for the 2018/19 season, which the club have been working on for many months, are tailored one with shades of blue, and the other with black and sandy-brown. These shades will be part of both the home and away kits.
The home kit, with horizontal stripes on the front, mixes blue tones and sports white Adidas bands on the shoulders. The away kit mixes black with gray and presents a geometric design that adds details in sandy-brown tones. A new change this year is that the official shirts will have a security hologram in the lower front part that will serve for anti-piracy purposes.
