Real Oviedo midfielder Ángel Montoro appeared before the gathered media at El Requexón this morning.

The midfielder stated he was "annoyed" at not having been able to reward the fans with three points on Saturday, but that "now is the time to move on and think about working to correct and improve things."

Montoro highlighted that the season is just getting started, saying that "we all want to play better, with a more beautiful and attractive style of play, but things don't always go the way you want them to." Regarding the team's lack of goals, the midfielder stated that "the key is to keep creating chances as we have so far, because the goals will end up arriving."

With respect to his adaptation to Jon Pérez Bolo's team, Montoro said that he was feeling well physically and hopes "to keep picking up confidence so that I can help the team."

Discussing the CD Lugo fixture, he hopes to be able to bring the three points back to Asturias, but admitted that Anxo Carro is "a difficult ground", while saying "we have a good enough team to win anywhere."

The midfielder ended with a clear message, declaring that "we have a great team and soon everyone will see better football from us."
