Real Oviedo midfielder Jimmy this morning appeared before the gathered members of the press at El Requexón. Los Azules will face Villarreal B at the Carlos Tartiere this Sunday, with the fans using the occasion to celebrate the club's 98th anniversary. "We are really looking forward to the weekend. We have to get the win, and there would be nothing better than marking the anniversary by giving the Oviedistas three points."

He continued by adding that "there are ten 'cup finals' left to make history. We are prepared and we want to celebrate promotion in June. After slipping up in Alcorcón we have learnt a lot and we are working really hard this week. We have to show it on Sunday."

Asked about this weekend's opponent and the type of match the side is expecting, Jimmy explained that "they've not been in good form so they will come here looking to threaten and keep hold of the ball. We have to prevent that, because we are playing at home, we have a lot at stake, and this is the first 'cup final' that we have to win."
