This morning, the coach of Real Oviedo, Guillermo Almada, appeared ahead of the trip to Barcelona to face RCD Espanyol. The Uruguayan coach stated: "We have done self-criticism and analysis of the last match. I see the team eager to have a quick rematch. Football gives us a match five days later to redeem ourselves. The only way to get back up is to try to enjoy and win."

The coach also analyzed the blues' match against Rayo: "It was a bad game. We didn't have the necessary coordination with the ball, many losses, and that forces you to be much more attentive and not do what you should do, which is to play. The worst game since we've been here. Hopefully, it will teach us lessons, and we can change the image from the other day and get closer to what we want, which is to win."

Regarding the accumulation of matches, he noted, "I notice the team is more recovered than before the match against Rayo. The intensity was lower than with Atlético, and we are convinced that we will arrive in better circumstances than on the day of the Rayo match."

The next clash, against RCD Espanyol, will be, in Almada's words, "a tough match, like all of them, especially because of our situation, but we must recover our identity from the very good things we were doing beyond the results."
