Real Oviedo midfielder, Ramón Folch, this afternoon visited the Press Room before team training at El Requexón. The Catalan highlighted that “we were left with a bittersweet taste in our mouths after the first home match, and we want to pick up the three points and give the fans a victory. Every match is difficult, and this Sunday’s match will be the same again.”

With respect to the one point won so far and the merits shown by the team, the defensive midfielder commented that “our play is getting better and better. Perhaps, we don’t have the amount of points that we should have, but we must keep working for the many victories that will surely come.”

The Catalan, who has started every game so far under Anquela, stated that he was “pleased with the chances the coach has given me so far. I have to keep earning my place in the training sessions because there is a lot of competition, and then the coach will decide who warrants the place for Sunday.”

About the new arrival of Forlín today, Ramón Folch said that “I don’t know too much about him, but we will welcome him, help him as much as possible, and make him feel like one of the group right from today. We must be a good team and push on together.”

Finally, and before facing Reus, Folch recognised that “it will be special for me but it must be thought of as a normal game, and will hopefully finish with Real Oviedo winning the three points.”
