El Requexón today hosted Friday's training session for the Real Oviedo first-team squad, as the team did gym work.

Los Azules are continuing preparations for Sunday's fixture against Real Valladolid, today completing a video session and then warm-up exercises. The only players to work out on the pitch at El Requexón were the goalkeepers.

At the end of the session, José Ángel Ziganda announced a matchday squad made up of the following 22 players: Femenías, Arribas, David Costas, Luismi, Viti, Sangalli, Borja Bastón, Borja Sánchez, Jirka, Tomeu Nadal, Jimmy, Brugman, Obeng, Joni Montiel, Bolaño, Matheus Aiás, Pombo, Carlos Isaac, Pierre, Mossa, Lucas and Joselu.

The team will travel to Valladolid tomorrow, leaving the Carlos Tartiere at 9:30. They are scheduled to train on a pitch adjacent to the José Zorrilla at 16:00 tomorrow. Sunday's fixture, which forms part of Matchday 20 in LaLiga SmartBank, will be officiated by José Antonio López Toca from Cantabria.
