The Real Oviedo first team trained this morning behind closed doors at El Requexón. This was the final training session on Asturian soil before setting off to Cádiz tomorrow. Saturday’s match at the Ramón de Carranza stadium kicks off at 18:00, and forms part of Matchday 26 in LaLiga 123.
The coaching staff designed a session predominantly focused on tactical work, with the first team players alternating between pitch and gym work. After training, Juan Antonio Anquela announced a matchday squad made up of the following 18 players: Juan Carlos, Alfonso, Johannesson, Verdés, Forlín, Carlos Hernández, Aarón Ñíguez, Folch, Toché, Linares, Yeboah, Mariga, Hidi, Christian Fernández, Cotugno, Saúl Berjón, David Rocha and Mossa.
The team will travel tomorrow morning, departing from the Carlos Tartiere at 6:30. They will have a final training session at 17:00 tomorrow, in Jerez.
