Another matchday for the youth teams

The Juvenil A strengthen their lead and will play against the Deportivo de La Coruña next Thursday in El Requexón

There were no matches in Infantil, Alevín, Benjamín and Prebenjamín categories this weekend, in which Real Oviedo’s youth teams gained three victories and two draws.

El Requexón training ground played host to a match between the Real Oviedo Vetusta and the Urraca. The match ended without goals; it was very close all time. The Real Oviedo Vetusta took control of the match, but was not able to transform their opportunities in goals. After this latest draw, the Juan Fidalgo’s side find themselves sixth in the league, with a three points gap to the Playoffs places. The Real Oviedo Vetusta will visit Miramar to play against Marino de Luanco in the next matchday.

Sunday morning, the Real Oviedo Juvenil A defeated the Tropezón 0-3. The three goals were scored by Steven. The first club’s Juvenil team is the leader in the Division de Honor category and the next matchday will play in El Requexón against the Deportivo de La Coruña, placed in fourth position, with eight points less than the Blues.

The Real Oviedo Juvenil B had a draw against the Quirinal, 2-2, with goals by Eloy. The club’s second Juvenil team find themselves first in the table of the Grupo 2 de División de Honor, with a gap of three points over second-placed Sporting de Gijón.

In Tensi, the Real Oviedo Cadete A defeated the Juventud Estadio 4-0. Juan, Simón, Marcos and Enol scored the goals.

Corzo, Nico, Pepe, Antón, Alex, Lucas (2) and Sergio (3) scored the goals which gave the Cadete B their victory against the Astur 0-11. The club’s second Cadete team is the leader of their group, having seven points more than the Quirinal.
