The Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos de Oviedo provided the backdrop to the Annual General Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting this Monday.

A total of 41 shareholders attended in person, with three further shareholders also represented, making up 70.35% of the club's overall social capital. They listened to and debated the Agenda over the course of two and a half hours, with the Agenda passed in the presence of notary Mr. Juan Antonio Escudero.

Club President Jorge Menéndez Vallina explained and led the votes on each of the points on the Agenda, before ending the meeting with questions and answers.

The meeting ended with the club song and the President wishing happy holidays to all present.
