Real Oviedo academy graduate Viti appeared before the media today at El Requexón. Before beginning to respond to questions, the winger wanted to send a message to the club's Under-19 side ahead of this afternoon's match, saying that "they've made history and I hope they can continue to do so. From the outside you can see that it's something very special. Maybe those on the inside aren't aware of what they are achieving, but it's something for us to be very proud of. I hope they enjoy the moment."

Regarding the team's current situation, the now-full back was clear that "we always go for the win, in every match. We have a special challenge and I hope that we can achieve great things."

The upcoming opponent is not in the best of form, but Viti showed caution, saying that "Albacete are in a difficult position in the table, but we mustn't let that fool us. They have a great squad and a large number of them were in the team that reached the playoffs last year."

Asked about results away from the Carlos Tartiere, he responded that "it's difficult to know what is happening to us away from home. We find it hard to feel as comfortable, but we will go for the three points."
