Cory Turner and his son Nash, who come from the state of Texas in the United States, are currently taking the Real Oviedo fan base by storm.
From the time that they knew about Real Oviedo recently, they became two more blue fans. They feel part of the Carbayón pride and they already suffer with the team during the matches. Last Sunday they put their Real Oviedo emotions to the test in the debut of LaLiga at Carlos Tartiere.
This week they visited the inside of the Tartiere, where they were able to soak in the history of Real Oviedo in their museum and later visit the different parts of the Carbayón stadium.
In addition, Nash is trying to conquer with his football as well. He is currently training with the club’s Cadete B team and is trying to improve every day to reach his dream of becoming a professional football player. For the time being, he is enjoying and sharing unforgettable moments with his teammates.
Their first contact with Real Oviedo came about as a consequence of the Carbayón club’s participation in the Dallas Cup, which was held very close to where the Turner family lives.
The Turners and other families with young football players welcomed the Real Oviedo youth academy players that participated in the Dallas Cup into their homes, which was a great experience for the kids on both sides.
