Real Oviedo Head Coach Javi Rozada today appeared in the Press Room at El Requexón.

Ahead of another league fixture, the Oviedo-born coach evaluated the state of the squad going into the match in Ponferrada, saying "the full squad is available. They are all fit and prepared for tomorrow. The team is fine and had a good atmosphere around it. Happy and strong. They saw the wayforward and are determined to win at El Toralín."

Speaking about the Ponferradina fixture, Rozada highlighted that "we have prepared for the match and convinced the players of our idea of how to play. We are going there to win."

With respect to the opponent, the Coach commented that "they are going into it with momentum and having made good signings. They are on a high from promotion, competitive, and have clear ideas. We know how we can hurt them."

Asked what he's told the team to do in order to get a positive result at El Toralín, the Coach stressed that "I want more fluency with the ball. We had doubts the other day and it cost us. We need to have confidence tomorrow. We are a very good team. We have to interpret the match well; they are capable of hurting us. The players have freed themselves up now. People were hopeful and wild. We ended the bad run the other day and now we can go for the first victory."

Finally, regarding the intensity he stamps on his teams, Rozada commented that "intensity encompasses many things...dedication, being ambitious, being brave. I like matches which have a lot of rhythm and are tight. We are convincing them that this is the path to follow."
