The Oviedo Food Kitchen (Cocina Económica de Oviedo) this morning received a donation of drinks from Real Oviedo and Coca Cola, who wished to support and work alongside the charity organisation.
Coca Cola wished to donate all the drinks which could not be used in the bars at the Carlos Tartiere to the club, with the aim of then giving them to a charity organisation. A total of 300 packs of drinks, including fizzy drinks and water, have been donated to the charity to support the important job that they do within the community in Oviedo.
The presentation of the drinks was attended by Ramón Menéndez from Coca Cola, Sor Esperanza on behalf of the Cocina Económica, and Manolo Paredes, Fernando Corral, and César Martín on behalf of Real Oviedo. The act also served to reaffirm the club's commitment to continue participating in the different charity initiatives promoted by the organisation. In addition, the club representatives wanted to learn more about the work carried out by the Cocina Económica.
