Real Oviedo is continuing with summer preparations, and this morning saw the first of two workouts scheduled for today, in what will be the first double session of the 2025/26 preseason.
Following two days of progressive work, the coaching staff continues to increase the demands with a more intense plan, with the aim of establishing the team's physical base. The morning session, which began at 10:00, was focused on warm-up exercises, strengthening circuits, and ball work.
This afternoon's session is scheduled to begin at 18:00, and will complete the first double session of preseason.
