Real Oviedo held the official presentation event for Jacobo and Aisar Ahmed as the new players of the blue entity this Friday.

The event took place at the Silken Monumental Oviedo, the Club's sponsor hotel, where both players appeared before the media for the first time after joining Real Oviedo. Jacobo and Aisar Ahmed were accompanied by David Fernández, sporting director of Real Oviedo, and Ángel Zubizarreta, director of the Silken Monumental Oviedo Hotel, during an event that could be followed through the Club's official channels.

“It’s a huge step in my career. I’m coming with a lot of enthusiasm. Now it’s time to prove it. It’s been super intense; what we experience from the inside is much more than what is seen from the outside. A lot, a lot of work,” Jacobo highlighted first.

For his part, Aisar Ahmed stated, "Calero is a very demanding coach, with a lot of energy. Learning concepts, many and very quickly. I’m going to give my best for this Club.”

After the statements from the two players, David Fernández, the sporting director of the entity, noted, "We have trusted Aisar because we believe he will improve the right flank," adding, "with the utmost respect to Lucas Ahijado, for what he has been and meant for Real Oviedo," also thanking the support and affection of our sponsor Silken Monumental Naranco, which will continue with us for another year.
