Álvaro Cervera's side returned to training this Sunday, after playing the final preseason friendly of the summer against SD Ponferradina yesterday
The Real Oviedo first-team squad worked out at El Requexón this morning, following yesterday's match against SD Ponferradina in the Trofeo Villa de Grado.
A smaller group of players worked on Pitch 1 at the training ground today, in a session dominated by ball work. The group of players featured the club's most recent signing, Jaime Seoane, who completed his second training session as a Real Oviedo player. The rest of the squad, meanwhile, did solely gym work.
Having brought an end to a demanding week, the team will now have two rest days before returning to training at 10:30 on Wednesday at El Requexón, when preparations will continue for the opening league fixture against Tenerife.
