The sports facilities at El Requexón were the site of the preseason match between Real Oviedo Vetusta and Caudal Deportivo, which ended with a result of 3-3 on the scoreboard.
After last Thursday’s friendly match against the first team, Javi Rozada’s players competed in another preparatory scrimmage, welcoming Caudal Deportivo, a team that will play in the Asturian Tercera División, and will also go up against Vetusta in the Copa Federación. It was a match with two 40 minute halves, in which the Carbayón team was able to make a comeback after the goals that were scored in the first few minutes.
In the first half, which was leveled, the Real Oviedo reserve team weren’t able to transform their opportunities and they also conceded a goal. After the halftime, the Carbayones took a step forward and began to create opportunities on the rival’s goal, scoring three goals by Emilio, Lolo, and Isma.
For the Real Oviedo reserve team the following athletes played: Lucas, Gorka, Santi, Alberto, Jorge Mier, Andoni, Carlos, Alex, Javi Mier, Marcelo, Mauricio, Sandoval, David González, Casi, Eloy, Emilio, Nacho, Fran, Lolo, Pinin, Arturo, Marco, Javi Cueto, and Isma.
Javi Rozada’s team will have a new preparatory scrimmage next Thursday in Navi against Fabril.
