Today saw another training session and Ángel Montoro's first day as a Real Oviedo player. The midfielder got to know El Requexón and his new teammates, with the season set to get underway in under a fortnight.
The Valencian midfielder went out to work on Pitch 5 in what was his first session at the Real Oviedo training facilities. After beginning with the usual opening stretching and warm-up drills and rondos, Jon Pérez Bolo's players took part in shooting exercises which were enjoyed by the fans in attendance, mostly families with children.
The main news of this Tuesday was the signing of Ángel Montoro, ahead of tomorrow's friendly against Real Avilés Industrial at the Román Suárez Puerta, which kicks off at 19:30.
The squad's spirits are growing by the day, as preseason reaches its finishing sprint.
