El Requexón today hosted the return to work for Paunovic's team, following the preseason match against Deportivo de la Coruña at the Pepe Barrera.
The team is continuing to finetune concepts and build its workload, with a training session today which alternated between Pitches 4 and 5. Los Azules are preparing for Saturday's fixture against CD Leganés at Butarque, which will be the final encounter of preseason. Real Oviedo begin the league campaign against Villarreal on Friday 15th August at La Cerámica.
The Asturians will begin the final training session of the week at 10:30 on Friday.
