Real Oviedo and Villarreal B have reached a loan agreement for defender Javi Fernández.
The centre back has not received a lot of game-time since joining the club last summer, and leaves the club on a loan deal, with the option to make it a permanent move. The defender joins Villarreal's B team, who are towards the top of Grupo III of the Segunda División B, on a deal until 30th June 2020.
Javi Fernández is under contract to Real Oviedo until June 2022.
