Real Oviedo has reached an agreement with footballer Jacobo González for him to become a new player of the blue team until June 2028.
Jacobo González, 29 years old, was born on March 25, 1997, in Madrid. The new Real Oviedo footballer was trained in the youth categories of Real Madrid before joining AD Alcorcón "B," which at that time played in the Tercera Federación.
After playing for CF Rayo Majadahonda and CF Villanovense, the Madrid-born attacker signed with Real Club Celta de Vigo "B." With the Galician team, he made his debut with the first team in La Liga, starting against FC Barcelona on June 27, 2020.
After his time in Vigo, and following a stint with CD Tenerife, the winger moved to CE Sabadell FC, where he had an excellent season and scored 13 goals. Following his successful year, Jacobo González returned to the second division and played for several teams, including FC Andorra, AD Alcorcón, and Córdoba CF.
At the Andalusian team, where he played this season, the Madrid native was an important player for Iván Ania's squad, accumulating over 3,100 minutes. Additionally, he scored nine goals and provided one assist.
