Real Oviedo will hold the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting tomorrow, November 26, at the Príncipe Felipe Auditorium, starting at 5:00 PM on the first call; and, if necessary, the following day, at the same place and time, on the second call.
Shareholders holding four or more shares will have the right to attend, provided they are registered in the Company's Share Register Book five days prior to the date of the Meeting. Shareholders with the right to attend may be represented at the Meeting by another person, whether a shareholder or not, provided it is in writing and with a special character.
Accreditations to attend the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting, although they have been issued in advance in recent days, may be collected on Wednesday itself, starting at 4:00 PM at the Príncipe Felipe Auditorium. Presentation of an ID will be required to obtain the corresponding accreditation.
