The team has begun preparations for the first competitive game of the season, to be played at the NMR Carlos Tartiere this Sunday

The Real Oviedo first-team squad this afternoon resumed training, as it began to prepare for the first league match of the season.  Los Azules will face FC Cartagena on Sunday at the NMR Carlos Tartiere.
Training began with a video session, before the players went out and worked on the pitch for an hour and a half.  After beginning with physical work, they then did a lot of ball work.  The big news of the day was Carlos Hernández being back in training with his teammates.
A double training session is planned for tomorrow (Wednesday), with the sessions beginning at 10:30 and 18:30 at El Requexón.
