The first team of Real Oviedo will kick off the 2026/27 preseason on July 6 at the El Requexón sports facilities, where the team will begin preparing for the new season.

Prior to that, on July 4 and 5, the players will join the blue discipline to undergo the corresponding medical tests, a usual step before starting work on the pitch.

Additionally, the Oviedo team already knows one of the matches they will play this preseason, in which the blues will face Deportivo de La Coruña. This match will take place on July 25, starting at 7:30 PM, at the Carlos Tartiere.

In this way, the blue team will begin to fine-tune their preparation for the new season, combining work at El Requexón with preparation matches that will allow the coaching staff to adjust concepts and evaluate the state of the group.
