Real Oviedo's first-team squad today began the fifth and final week of preseason at El Requexón. The main news of the day was David Costas' return to group training.
Just as Jon Pérez Bolo had revealed following the Deportivo Alavés match, the centre back was able to work with his teammates this morning, and it is hoped that he will be able to resume full, normal training by the end of the week.
A number of fans attended training today, as they count down the days for the start of the league season.
Los Carbayones will face Real Avilés Industrial at 19:30 this Wednesday, before bringing preseason to a close by facing Racing de Santander at 19:00 on Saturday at El Sardinero.
