Real Oviedo defender Dani Calvo this morning responded to questions from the media in the Press Room.
Regarding the Huesca match, the centre back reasoned that "there were a lot of a crazy things going on. They pushed forward and we weren't strong enough to manage the situation. We particularly need to maintain the defensive order that we have had all season and be mentally strong enough to stand up to the situations which may come up."
With respect to the matter of having conceded eight goals in the last four matches, Dani Calvo explained that "we have analysed everything and there have been a lot of avoidable goals, and issues with small details at key moments in the matches. I think that the team is going to bounce back and put in a good performance against Burgos."
Asked about the trip to El Plantío and the defeat in the reverse fixture at the Tartiere, the defender declared that "we are going there with the mentality of winning. There's no other option for us to forget that match. These three points are very important for the travelling fans who are going to give everything. It's important to get three points away from home. The people and the fans are what make the difference. The feeling around this team is different to any other team which is fighting up there."
