Real Oviedo player Santiago Colombatto was today presented with October's prize for the 'Jugador 5 Estrellas Mahou' Player of the Month. The midfielder's fine performances in recent weeks saw him win the fan vote for the award. "I am very happy and grateful to the fans to have won this prize for the second consecutive time. I'm also proud of myself and of the work I am doing."
After appearing in the Press Room, the player responded to questions from the Oviedistas. When asked what he says to the ball when he is about to take a free kick or set play, he laughed while explaining that "I like to talk to the ball and say nice things to it. I like to think about good things that are going to happen...like a madman, but all good!"
