Real Oviedo wore its official away shirt for the first time on 21st October, offering its support to the battle against Breast Cancer. Following the official international day for the fight against the illness on 19th October, our players wore a special kit for that match, featuring the 'Contra el Cáncer' logo on the front. There is only one way to secure the match worn kit, and the funds raised will go to the aforementioned charity.
Every one of the shirts used by all of our players during the match on 21st October are now up for auction on the Match Worn Shirt platform. The website is a leader in its field in these types of charity auctions, and has offered to collaborate in this project.
From 12:00 on Tuesday 9th November fans will be able to bid for the shirts of the 23 players who featured in the matchday squad that day. The auction will be open until 19th November, and the entirety of the funds raised will go to the Asturian Association against Cancer.
