Real Oviedo winger Yoel Bárcenas appeared in the Press Room today at El Requexón, following the team’s morning training session.
After another day of training, the Panamanian stated that “it is always good to rest. Bearing in mind the last few results, it has helped us to clear our minds. We are getting ready for the next match now.”
Regarding the clash against Córdoba, Yoel believes that “anyone can beat anybody else in this division. That’s what makes it difficult. Every match is difficult. If we come away with all three points on Sunday, then we can do great things. We are only thinking about Córdoba.”
When asked about the reverse fixture between the two teams this season, in which the winger produced a great personal performance, Bárcenas commented that “it was a match in which I could show my abilities. It was a great night, and I have good memories of it.”
Finally, with respect to the formation that Juan Antonio Anquela will use this Sunday, Yoel concluded by stating that “it depends. The Coach always opts for five (defenders), but I won’t have any problems if he chooses to play four.”
