After enjoying a rest day yesterday, the week is progressing at El Requexón, with Sunday’s important match for Ziganda’s men on the horizon. Real Oviedo will face Ibiza at the Carlos Tartiere, with kick-off at 20:00 in what will be the last match of the regular league season.
The coaching staff scheduled a training session which alternated Pitches 4 and 5 of the training facilities. The first team completed warm-up, possession, and finishing exercises, before playing a practice match. Gastón Brugman, Borja Bastón, and Samuel Obeng worked out in the gym for precautionary reasons, while Ziganda incorporated the B-team players René Pérez and Berto Hórreo into the dynamics of the first team.
This Thursday starting at 10:30 am, the first team will resume work at El Requexón.
